Shipping & Timing
When will Fine Art Mail Club ship meach month?
I pack and ship out all orders including the catch-up envelopes after the 20th. Normally they are shipped between the 24th-28th of the month.
Just signing up, when will I get my first envelope?
It depends on when you join:
- Sign up by the 20th of the month → You’ll receive this month’s envelope. It ships toward the end of the month (usually between the 26th–30th).
- Sign up after the 20th → Your first envelope will be next month’s print and will ship at the end of the following month.
Once it ships, most U.S. orders arrive within about 7 business days. International orders can take up to 21 business days.
Because we ship with stamps (to keep the membership affordable), there is no tracking — the surprise of finding it in your mailbox is part of the charm!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, currently we ship the envelopes worldwide and shipping fees are included in the price.
It's been 4 weeks, and I still haven't received my envelope
First, make sure that the billing address is correct. Then, contact us via the contact page or email - ginette@ginettegaskin.com to inform us of the missing package and we will send you another one.
It's helpful if you verify the address is correct when you notify us as well.
