About the Artist

Ginette Gaskin is a contemporary impressionistic artist specializing in vibrant oil paintings that celebrate life’s cherished moments. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Gaskin always dreamed of the sunny landscapes of California, where she now lives and draws endless inspiration.

Using thick, dynamic brushstrokes and a carefully curated palette, Gaskin captures the beauty of Southern California and the surrounding area’s iconic scenery, along with still life compositions that evoke joy and nostalgia. Her process begins with photographs from her own adventures, which she reimagines through paint to bring out their essence and emotion.

Gaskin believes art has the power to transform spaces and spark happiness. Through her work, she aims to inspire and create lasting connections with collectors worldwide. She also accepts select commissions and offers international shipping, allowing her work to be shared with collectors far beyond her Southern California studio.

Gaskin invites viewers to experience her work as a celebration of color, memory, and the beautiful moments that make life worth remembering.
