Shipping policy

All mail club envelopes, the monthly subscription, as well as the catch-up envelopes, include shipping. The envelopes are shipped with a stamp and don't have tracking to keep the costs low. If you don't receive your envelope in two weeks in the USA or 30 days internationally, please email us at ginette@ginettegaskin.com, and we will help get your envelope to you.

International Shipping is available, please send me a message with the painting name and your address, and we will respond with your shipping quote. Due to carrier shipping delays, I cannot guarantee a delivery window. Most items should arrive within two weeks within the continental United States, but it could be shorter or longer depending on the nature of the piece you purchased.
